Just when you think our elected officials can’t possibly misunderstand the copyright vs. fair use debate more than they did with the DMCA, some fool goes and actually puts a worse idea on the table. Consumer Broadband and Digital Television Promotion Act (CBDTPA) is a horrible idea. This must be stopped.
