Well, with less than half of the precincts reporting, it looks like at least 2 million people in my state have questionable judgment and are perfectly willing to subvert democracy. I know Davis is a clod, but he was a duly elected clod. This thing was obviously a mistake, and I fully expect everybody to wake up in a month or two and feel more than a little sick about the whole thing. <\/p>\n
What’s worse, at least 1.7 million (and you have to figure it’ll actually be about twice that many) are actually insane. I don’t get it. How do you look at that guy’s idiotic ads and actually vote for him? No, seriously … how?! <\/p>\n
Let’s put aside the womanizing. Let’s forget about admiring Hitler. Hey, he was young, and who knows if it’s even true. His opponent fights dirty. It’s all just politics after all. Let’s also forget about the fact that he can’t articulate a plan for the future. Forget about all of that for just a minute, and just look at his ads. His ads should show him in the best light possible. This is the message he wants to bring to the people. His message made him look stupid. No, seriously. his ads were so bad I assumed they were parodies.<\/p>\n
