{"id":795,"date":"2004-02-08T18:06:49","date_gmt":"2004-02-08T18:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raleighnet.org\/wordpress\/?p=795"},"modified":"2004-02-08T18:06:49","modified_gmt":"2004-02-08T18:06:49","slug":"fish-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gator3134.temp.domains\/~raleigh2\/2004\/02\/08\/fish-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fish Photos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, so I took my camera and headed to the <a href=\"http:\/\/raleighnet.org\/See\/2004\/Aquarium\/\">Long Beach Aquarium<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I was inspired by the amazing sea horse shot that Tracy got at the <a href=\"http:\/\/sh1ft.org\/shutterbug\/archives\/000205.html\">Sydney Aquarium<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>What I discovered is that shooting aquarium shots is freaking H.A.R.D.!! You have to contend with weird light, dirty glass, troublesome reflections, crowds of people who make it impossible to take your time setting up shots. <\/p>\n<p>Sure, if you take enough pictures, you&#8217;ll probably find some keepers. Plus, aquariums are kid magnets. Kids are always expressive as hell, so at least you have that going for you.
