By the way, I think it’s great that the order confirmation comes from “CD Baby loves Will”. If somebody had come to me with the idea of doing that, I would have rejected it immediately. I would have assumed that it would come across as excessively artificial. But still, even knowing that it’s lame in a way, it does kind of give you a smile and I do feel better about the brand because of it.
I don’t know that we could do anything like that with any of our brands. I’m just so surprised that it actually works for them, and they are sort of able to pull it off. I will have to think about this.
